Part 1: The Hidden Players and Their Light Sentences
by: James Belew
After a two year investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, Mueller is finally delivering his report to the Department of Justice. The president has already made it quite clear that he wants the report released to the public in the belief that he will come out squeaky clean.
I do not doubt this. Though no one on the left wants to compliment Trump, his gung-ho attitude can only come from a man who has covered his ass in these matters. Every good crook/politician (two sides of the same coin) knows this. Every politician is a criminal. Like all good criminals, subversion of the law in a semantic manner of paramount importance. Without this talent, you can’t win an election, and this is not the business for you.
Here are a list of parties charged thus far:
(Yes, Roger has a real tattoo of Nixon on his back. He is quoted as saying, He has boasted that the tattoo is a hit with the ladies. “You’ll never meet another man with a dick in the front and a dick in the back,”)
Roger has been indicted on seven counts. He is charged with obstruction, witness tampering and making false statements in relation to Russian interference in the 2016 election. So, everybody put your pitchforks, torches, and twitter rants to the side, because though Stone is a self-proclaimed “dirty trickster,” none of this will amount to much.
Stone is a gangster in the truest sense, and they don’t have much on him. This is probably the reason he behaves with such bravado. He has been in the racket of politics for quite some time. Roger knows how this works. One man/woman’s political terrorist is another woman/man’s freedom fighter. I can only imagine that Roger listens to this song frequently, (Geto Boys, Damn it Feels Good to be Gangster) Whether engaging in his geriatric bodybuilding routine or outwitting Washington luddites, he loves this game. That’s why he is so hated. He wants you to hate him. He is avant-garde; an agent provocateur: hubris personified.
He violated a gag order, but that seems to have slipped into the darkness. He knows what he is doing. As part of her order, the judge also said she was left with an impression that Stone may have been using her docket to gin up publicity for his book. This man, in spite of his questionable fashion choices and lack of ethics, knows this game. He has the fortitude to push the limits. He’s not intimidated. Look for him to receive the first pardon or get his comeuppance. There is no middle ground. Look at the Nixon tattoo, purple hat, and his villain shades and tell me there is a middle ground with this reptile.
The Hidden Conspirators the Mainstream Fails to Mention
I doubt you have ever heard of these men. They are the operatives that run the machine. Roger Stone is one of them, but he has a hard time concealing his ego. He is the punk-rocker of the Republican machine. Here are the backup singers you probably don’t know; the political ninja assassins. Their stories should scare you. Working in the shadows, they quietly cut deals that are appallingly dangerous to our nation. I have more respect for someone that breaks the law than I do the night-thieves that subvert it through deception.
W. Samuel Patten:
Patten plead guilty in August of 2018 to charges stemming for failure to register as a foreign agent while engaging in lobbying in the Ukraine. Let me decipher this purposely confusing language. Patten went to the Ukraine and was paid a million dollars in consulting fees. He consulted pro-Russian groups and planted news stories in America on their behalf. He was an American pro-Russian mouthpiece whispering in the ears of Congress, planting op-eds in American news outlets promoting pro_Russian propaganda. His official court documents are in this link. Patten has yet to be sentenced. (More recent picture below)
This is why until now, I didn’t even know he existed. Don’t be one of those guys that lie and say you knew about Patten. This is the reason none of us like you.
Good luck in witness protection, but I am not sure you get that privilege for this kind of crime. I hear Venezuela is nice this time of year. Their extradition laws could keep you safe from the Government, but your pasty ass won’t be safe from Venezuelans themselves. He may as well prepare for prison by training for his goatse modeling career. Here are the full court documents.
Another guy that I haven’t heard of, Rick Gates, and this is because of his cooperation with Mueller. He’s the kind of rodent you can only find on a NYC subway. His multiple testimonies resulted in dropped charges.
Here are the original court filings, charging him with many of the same crimes as Paul Manafort. They originally were on the same docket. At the end of the day he plead guilty to two charges: financial fraud and lying to the feds. The penalty for being a federal fibber McGee is 5 years, but flipping helps in sentencing. See Hector Xavier Monsegur, Henry Hill, Sammy “the bull” Bravano, and how this crazy system works for tattle tales.
Alex van der Zwaan:
Alex was accused and plead guilty to federal fibbing. The Dutch lawyer is the son-in-law of a Russian oligarch and was honest about his lying from the beginning. He was the first conviction of this investigation. As I mentioned before, lying to the feds can carry up to five years. This guy got 30 days.in prison and a $30k fine. Something here doesn’t jive. Maybe he is now an informant. Maybe he has some juice on the feds about which we will never know. Regardless, this whole thing doesn’t add up. Don’t be surprised if he dies or disappears in the next few years. He may want to invest in a polonium detector. Here are the official court documents from the prosecutors.
Seems like “I’m sorry,” a wealthy father in law, and a Swiss bank account enables you carte blanche.
Richard Pinedo is a rather interesting piece of this puzzle. Essentially, he is just a man that sold bank accounts, created with fake identities on the internet. He wasn’t sure of his customers’ identities, and the standard practices for this activity are based on mutual anonymity. He would have sold these fake accounts to Martians. The only prerequisite for a customer in this type of business is the ability to pay. In a statement provided by his lawyer, his client had “absolutely no knowledge of the identities and motivations of any of the purchasers of the information he provided.”
Ignorance is no Excuse
Many of those clients happened to be Russian troll farmers that used fake online accounts. As a result, these accounts were used to create political dissonance and division aimed at American election interference. He was ignorantly contributing to the FUD. (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt…see “What the Fud”)
Pinedo fully admitted to his crimes of identity fraud and was sentenced to six months in prison, six months house arrest, and 100 hours of community service. No rich father-in-law or law degree may be good reasons he got smacked harder than the others. I am sure there is a coffee can full of money, or a bitcoin account waiting for the con-man upon his release. I doubt it though. He would’ve paid a lawyer with the money.
At least Pinedo earned the money through hard work. He should’ve met his customers face to face though. Roger Stone would’ve met his customers in person. When you sell stolen money but don’t have the vaginal fortitude to look your customers in the eye, they could be anyone. He could have sold to Russians or pedophiles, Kim Jong Un, or even worse, Dick Cheney. He deserved to get caught. The new social normal is cowardice. And here are the legal documents.
Pioneer George was the first arrested made in this mess. For telling his fib, he received 14 days in prison. You can do 60 days in North Dakota for having a joint. Did all of these guys turn informant, or was there insufficient evidence to take these cases to trial? Either way, like all governmental procedures, 2+2 = 5.
Here are the convoluted legal documents that, like all court documents, are coded in legalese. Papadopoulus was the first to cooperate, and by all means, was the cleanest of all suspects. This is likely why he received the shortest sentence. He told as much truth about his communications with Russian dignitaries as possible without chopping his nose off to spite his face.
Lessons From George
Now, the President could take a page from George’s book. I doubt this will happen. The wild man strategy put him in the White House, and I don’t think it is an act. When you reach a certain age and mindset, you just say whatever you want. I am close myself, I just don’t exploit social media algorithms through saying controversial things for the sake of generating engagement. I also don’t suffer from arrested development. The more engagement, no matter negative or positive puts you at the top of everyone’s feed. Fire the machines and hire people Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg, and Sundar Pichai. (Owners of Twitter, Facebook, and Google) Your machines are making authoritarian rule a rising trend. You need human moderators. Look at Reddit.
